My fitness journey started in the mid-90s with nothing but push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, and passion. Inspired by Sly, Arnold, JCVD — their physiques, their grit, their perseverance.
I trained with whatever I had. My brother’s subwoofer became my bench. A friend’s hand-me-down barbell became my spark.
That spark became a flame. And I never looked back.
Over the last 25+ years, I’ve discovered this: Fitness isn’t just about aesthetics. It’s about alignment. Your body, your mind, and your spirit have to match. If one’s out of sync, everything feels off.
