
I’m David Rojas — coach, creator of Meaningful Fitness, and a man who’s been chasing growth since middle school.
My fitness journey started in the mid-90s with nothing but push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, and passion.
Inspired by Sly, Arnold, JCVD — their physiques, their grit, their perseverance.
I trained with whatever I had. My brother’s subwoofer became my bench. A friend’s hand-me-down barbell became my spark.
That spark became a flame. And I never looked back.
Over the last 25+ years, I’ve discovered this:
